The 100 “Abraham”

Sarah gripped the shovel. She could start anew without Andrew, George and Alexander. They had controlled her for what felt like her whole life. They had taken her time, youth and failed to make her happy in the long run. She had previously enjoyed their presence, the occasional thrills and times of comfort. They were beneath the ground, thanks to her efforts and covered with dirt. They deserved it. She hesitated to bury Benjamin since he stirred up so much possibility and desire. The wind blew a five dollar bill past Sarah causing her weakness to resurface. “Abraham,” she shouted.
